Tropical Sun Essences are perfect for creating a vast array of tropical treats including biscuits, cakes, ice cream and milkshakes. Our Vanilla Essence is concentrated, so you only need a little to add that light, vanillary flavour to any dish. As a rule of thumb we advise adding two drops per 1kg.
